Use this form to request access to the Harvard Medical School's Virtual Private Network (VPN). The VPN allows HMS quad-based faculty and staff to access HMS network resources securely over the Internet from a remote location. 

Off-quad researchers and HMS affiliates do not qualify for the HMS IT VPN service.
