During these times of change, the Media Services team has been discovering new and creative ways to support you while working remotely. This form is to initiate a consultation for one of our new remote services.

Moderated Webinars / Meetings: A Technician will assist in setup and join your live event to help switch video and content sources and manage panelists and participants.

Editing Zoom Videos Consultation: Our staff can review the available options for your video project including editing tools available within Zoom, as well as DIY editing tools outside of Zoom.

At Home Video Production: Demonstrate how you can use your own devices including smartphones, tablets and webcams to create video content at home.

Captioning Services: Media Services works with a variety of third-party service providers and can help you find the best solution to add captioning to your project or live event.
